Mercy Triumphs over.Judgement

The other evening I was in a political discussion. Questions were being asked such as, "What do you think about the tragic weather patterns we are having in the America? Do you think that America is under judgement?  How do you feel about 9-11? Was it a judgement ?" As these questions were being asked,  I sat there thinking to myself, "Lord, help me!"

As the discussion continued and many honest opinions were expressed, thoughts started to flood my mind and spirit. I felt as if the Lord said, "My daughter, I love America, why would I destroy Her? I have blessed Her more than any other Nation and yet, She is still  stubborn and proud. As a result I have allowed  the 'destroyer', the devil  to release extreme weather patterns of destruction, NOT TO JUDGE HER, BUT TO SHOW HER MY MERCY. You don't want me to judge America.  No, I am showing her My mercy and taking away her blessings. How can I continue to bless a nation who turns Her back on My Son?,  I am a merciful and patient God, desiring that none should perish that all would come to repentance."

In the early thirties, I understand a Guru from India tried to get into  America, but at that time, the Guru could not enter.  He said that an opposing spirit was too strong, and he could not worship. He turned around and went back to India and waited for another twenty-five years, until his spirit was able to enter the country and Hinduism has been here ever since. Christianity was no longer the opposing power against the evil one.

Satan may have taken prayer out of our schools, watered down the true gospel, and confused us as to the Constitution concerning religious freedom.  BUT Jesus said in Matthew 16:18 that  "He will build His church and "THE GATES OF HELL WILL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT."  ( Mathew 16:18) We can comfort ourselves in this truth.

Our future is secure in our Lord.  He who called us, is faithful to fulfill all of His promises.  We can rest and be at peace.  Our Lord loves us and He will see us through any difficulty that the Devil might throw at us.  Be at peace. We are children of the most High God  and He will stop at nothing to bring His blessings into our lives to share with others. Our Lord's love is so amazing. His "MERCY HAS TRIUMPHED  OVER OUR JUDGEMENT." We have been shown great mercy and as His children we will never know His wrath on sin. Jesus took our judgement and gave us His mercy, which we did not deserve.  Amazing.
